THE LANGHE’S WINES - TRIP CODE: LANGHEWINE
Meeting in Genoa and departure by private minibus to reach the Langhe area.
Free visit to the Barolo Wine Museum, a tour that involves the visitor, taking him from the panoramic terrace on the third floor of the castle to the ancient cellars, where Barolo wine was born in the mid-nineteenth century.
Tasting with welcome toast, with a wine Barolo glass, on the terrace or in another room of the museum, combined with a type of salami and cheese.
At the end, lunch in a restaurant (for example in Alba) and in the afternoon visit to a second winery, for example at the Poderi Marcarini (La Morra) with a tour of the historic cellars.
At the end, tasting of 5 wines, including Barolo, and their hazelnuts production.
At the end, return to Genoa.
