GENOA: COOKING WITH THE FOOD WRITER - TRIP CODE: FOODWRITER
An exciting 360 ° journey into the Genoese cuisine! In a welcoming and small kitchen in the center of Genoa we will prepare an entire Ligurian menu that can be easily replicated at home. The course is 100% practical.
Each participant will have a workstation and will independently make the various dishes (because, as Maria Montessori said, only by doing you really learn!). During the course you will chat about Ligurian cuisine.
We will tell you the story of the various products you'll use and the dishes we will prepare during the preparation. It will not be a simple cooking course, but a small journey into the culture and gastronomic history of Genoa and Liguria.
In the 4 hours of the course you will learn how to prepare the real Genoese pesto with mortar, knead traditional fresh pasta, make a vegetable pie and a typical dessert.
During the lesson you will not miss an aperitif based on wine, meats and local cheeses. In the end, then, there will be a taste and commentary of what you have prepared.
