You can stay overnight in a junior suite which enjoys the use of a terrace overlooking the sea, where you can relax after dinner.
You can choose from a full menu with delicacies, from the learned, skilful hands of the chef, combined with fine, local wines.
But you will also have a unique opportunity of personally learning the secrets of Michelin-starred cooking, including those secrets which have made the chef famous over the years.
In this course you will visit the kitchen of the restaurant and discover its secrets. You will learn how to match high quality ingredients under the leading advice of the Chef. At the end, you will taste the specialties you have prepared!

- knowledge of left overs
- a purchase guide
- seasonality in plants
- best preparations
At the end of the course you will be able to cook and try the dishes yourself, at your own place! And don’t miss the in-depth information session about extra virgin oil, which lies at the bases of the cooking in Ligury.

A taste itinerary, starting with an All Raw food menu, displaying quality and freshness in cooking the finest fish, such as:
The Oysters Belon from Brittany, shellfish, the Royal Crab, the Red crab, and the mediterranean tuna fish. on a continuous quest for the best product, enhanced by the scent of vegetables, flowers and plants produced in the home garden.
These dishes will be matched to great italian types of wines, and all surrounded by the splendid terrace of a Mihelin-starred restaurant, overlooking the gulf!

An itinerary through the traditional art of cooking in Ligury, employing high quality raw materials:
The best salted codfish and Stockfish Gadus Morhua, together with the Dop extravirgin Oil produced by Antico Frantoio Sommariva in Albenga (Old Olive Oil Mill Sommariva).
The Ravioli Vecchia Genova (old style Genoa ravioli), prepared using traditional old recipes, the Dop Basil by Azienda Agricola Calcagno in Celle Ligure, the best of the season freshly picked from the garden of the restaurant.
And many other typical dishes of the local art of cooking, combined with a Pigato Ligure from Albenga.
