FLORISEUM: THE FLOWER MUSEUM IN SANREMO - TRIP CODE: FLORISEUM
Sanremo has always been known as the "City of Flowers".
Inaugurated in April 2017, the Floriseum, the Flower Museum in Sanremo, is proposed as a tour, but also as a center for the promotion and the appreciaton of the floriculture and landscape culture of the Ligurian West Coast.
It is located inside the park of Villa Ormond and presents an exhibition that can enhance the past and present of Ligurian culture of flowers and plants in nursery, with hundreds of historical images and ancient tools to testify the history and work of the "pioneers", alongside the most modern multimedia workstations to explore the various aspects of floriculture.
And then the flowers, of course, and exotic essences, succulent plants, common herbs, scents and colors, inside and outside the museum itself.
