You will breathe the history and culture of Genoa, well known as the "Superb", capital of commerce, thanks to its most typical flavors and its wines.

In a charming location in the center, Umberto Curti - authentic food storyteller (Ligucibario®) - will welcome you for a journey inside focaccia, farinata and finger food, in perfect combination with the wines of the territory (primarily his majesty Vermentino DOC).

You will learn the basics of a professional tasting by filling the "Genoese focaccia tasting sheet".
